I submitted this painting to the Lawley Art Auction held on 15 June 2024 and the Mt Lawley High School purchased it. This high school is a specialist art school and the painting will be installed into their new building when finished.
The Lawley Art Auction is a committee set up to raise funds for the high schools art programs. As an artist, I believe in giving back and I am very happy to submit a painting for the auction event. The artist receives 60% of the proceeds and you can set a reserve price. I am thrilled that the Mt Lawley Art School - is a specialist art school offering a range of disciplines within the arts education fields. Who knows the next major Australian artist may be fostered from this schools programs.
